USA Swimming Coaches Safety Curriculum 2007-2008 Requirements and Equivalents
The policy and procedure for listing something on the ASI website It is the responsibility of each team to make sure they are listed on the website and all information is correct, if changes need to be made it needs to be submitted to me via e-mail (tashastratton@lrac.com) It is also the teams responsibility to submit their meet information, after they receive their sanction, to me by e-mail, in a pdf or doc format. It is the teams responsibility to submit their meet results to me by e-mail, In a pdf or doc format. Annually, the meet calendar on the website is updated by the proposed ASI meet schedule that is handed out at the ASI meeting. If a swim meet is not on the original list or the dates change, it is then the responsibility of the team to let me know by e-mail of these changes. If an e-mail is not marked as URGENT, it will be posted when the site is updated next, usually once a week. If it is time sensitive, it needs to be noted in the e-mail and marked with a deadline date. If the deadline is not feasible that is communicated through e-mail with the person that submitted it.
